Workshop 1:
Introduction to Competitive Intelligence
This is the first workshop in the “Fundamentals of Strategic Watch” training course. It can be delivered alone or in combination with other training workshops.
Goals
This workshop introduces the concepts of economic intelligence and business intelligence. Organisational, collaborative and strategic watch management aspects are included in this training.
For whom?
Any department in the company wishing to set up a strategic watch or wishing to improve existing processes.

Workshop 2:
Manage Competitive Intelligence Project Management Style
This is the second workshop in the “Fundamentals of Strategic Watch” training course. It can be delivered alone or in combination with other workshops.
Goals
This workshop covers the first step of the monitoring cycle “The monitoring objectives”. It gives you a solid foundation to start your business intelligence project. The first fundamental step that we deal with in this workshop lies in framing this activity and in understanding the needs of your internal customers.

Any department in the company wishing to set up strategic watch or wishing to improve existing processes.

Selecting Your Sources and Efficiently Collecting Information
This is the third workshop in the “Fundamentals of Strategic Watch” training course. It can be delivered alone or in combination with other workshops.
Goals
This workshop covers the “Sourcing” and “Collecting” stages of the monitoring cycle. It gives you the keys to detecting, qualifying and monitoring the relevant sources of information related to your strategy. Our goal is to help you prioritise quality over quantity. We are also introducing tools and best practices to save time when collecting information.

Any department in the company wishing to set up a strategic watch or wishing to improve existing processes.

Workshop 4:
Analyse Business Intelligence To Transform Information Into Strategic Intelligence
This is the fourth workshop of the “Fundamentals of Strategic Watch” training course. It can be delivered alone or in combination with other workshops.

This workshop covers the stage of analysing the information from the previous day. It introduces the different levels of analysis, fundamental analysis methods and tools to facilitate and / or complete your analyses.

This is the fifth workshop in the “Fundamentals of Strategic Watch” training course. It can be delivered alone or in combination with other workshops.

This workshop covers the “Diffusion” and “Data Management” stages of the previous day. It helps you understand your internal customers and define the right communication methods for your organisation. It also provides you with the basics of Data Management on information from the day before.
